TK Soccer Charity is a Soccer Charity in Uganda that was started in 2018 by Timothy, Katende. This charity is free and open to all underprivileged kids. It uses soccer training to provide a safe, healthy environment for kids to build confidence.
- Field rental fees
- Transportation to and from activities
- Meals before, during, and after activities
- Buying the necessary equipment – balls, nets, cleats, uniforms, etc.
- Paying for landscaping (field lining and lawn care)
This charity is free and open to all underprivileged kids and uses soccer training to:
- Give kids a chance to excel in sports without worrying about costs
- Keep kids occupied and off the streets
- Make kids feel accepted, hopeful, caring, and enthusiastic
- Keep kids active and boost their fitness levels and healthy living standards
- Provide a structured goal oriented environment where kids and learn discipline through soccer and become responsible citizens within their community
